Through yoga psychology, we identify the deeper causes of the emotional problem and the behaviors perpetuating it, then collaboratively develop a plan to achieve the desired changes.

Our yoga asanas/postures sessions, breathing, and other yogic techniques are tailored to your needs, physical limitations, and requirements. We believe that not all asanas/postures and yogic breathing techniques are suitable for everyone.
